History of Melody World Wax Museum

The Melody World Wax Museum was founded by Shri Bhaskaran, who was a music lover and collector of music-related artifacts. He wanted to create a museum that would showcase the history of music and pay tribute to some of the greatest musicians and singers of all time.

The idea of a wax museum came to Shri Bhaskaran after he visited Madame Tussauds in London. He was impressed by the lifelike wax statues of famous personalities, and he thought that a similar museum dedicated to music could be a great attraction for music lovers in India.

Without giving it any second thought, he started working on his dream project in 2006, and it took him four years to complete the museum. The museum was finally opened to the public in 2010, and it quickly became a popular attraction for tourists visiting Mysore.

Over the years, the museum has undergone several upgrades and renovations to keep up with the changing times and to offer visitors a better experience. Today, the Melody World Wax Museum is one of the most popular tourist places to visit in Mysore, drawing the attention of visitors from all over the world who come to see the lifelike wax statues of their favorite musicians and singers.
